Fresh from the wellspring

Sipping from the Nia wellspring of creativity, Julie and Yvonne have returned from a choreography workshop in Boulder, Colorado, ready to share what they learned. The event was the first in-person workshop led by Nia co-founder Debbie Rosas in five years! Four groups co-created choreography to the same song, The One that Got Away.

Expressive and positive energy pulsated through the room – from Debbie, three talented Nia trainers and 25 dancers and teachers from all over the country.
