Sharpening the saw — the art of Nia choreography
Teachers Julie and Yvonne are once again adding to their well of Nia experience and sharpening their Nia tool set. Both will attend the upcoming Art of Creating Nia choreography workshop led by Nia co-founder Debbie Rosas.
Over two days, these seasoned teachers will reconnect to music, movement, sound and imagination as they discover the magic behind the magic. Nia choreography connects to the body’s wisdom and offers healing for body, mind, spirit and emotions.
Debbie Rosas co-founded the Nia Technique in 1983, creating movement that honors the whole self. Nia is taught in many countries around the world.
Like any worthwhile technique, Nia continues to evolve, and so do your dedicated teachers. If you haven’t been to Nia in a while, it’s time to step back in! Join Yvonne’s Monday and Tuesday classes, Sarah’s Tuesday class on Facebook, and/or Julie’s Sunday class to bring fresh new energy to your body and life. Let’s sharpen the saw, our tools for life, together in community!
