Art of Sensation-al!

Hearty congratulations to Carole Keating and Yvonne Myles for completing the Art of Sensation (AOS) training in October. They travelled to lovely La Jolla, California, to immerse themselves in the six-day training that provides a “peek behind the curtain” of Nia. The immersive experience is open to anyone. As a personal growth-centered training, it provides deeper insight into your own body’s way and inherent wisdom.

Nia practitioners and teachers often retake the training to soak up or get refreshed on the fascinating insights offered. For Carole, the training provided welcomed context to her felt sense of dancing in Nia classes; for Yvonne, it provided a reconnection to foundational principles after 25 years of teaching classes. Now both of them are experiencing Nia in new ways as student and teacher. What a week!
