Introducing Twice-Weekly Evening Nia Class on Zoom
Embody Joy Collective is excited to announce the addition of two Nia classes to our schedule. Based on your feedback we are starting evening Nia class for 30 minutes via Zoom on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, taught by Blue Belt teacher, Sarah.
We’d like to invite you to hit the pause button on those busy weekdays and join Sarah for a twice-a-week Nia practice designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and return to self.
During the abbreviated class you will still experience all that a 60-minute class provides including:
Relaxing and Joyful Movement
Mindfulness
Building Sustainable Flexibility, Agility, Mobility, Strength and Stability

When: Tuesday and Wednesdays from 6:30-7:00PM
Where: Zoom
Investment: 8-Class Pass for $72 or Drop-In for $12
Come as You Are
Whether you’re feeling energized or a little bit depleted, this class is for you. This is an opportunity for our seasoned regulars to add more Nia into your week, or fresh start if you haven’t danced in a while!
