Friends of Nia, save the date for a special fall social and Bring A Friend Event!

Your Nia teachers will host a fun come-and-go reception and demo to kick off fall classes with Embody Joy Collective.

Bring a friend, mix and mingle, connect with Nia teachers and share your Nia stories while enjoying light bites and sipping sparkling beverages. We’ll provide a short demo of Nia so newcomers see how easy, fun and effective Nia can be. The gathering will take place at a private location from 2 - 4 PM, Sunday, August 23rd.
